The OneCall® service option includes:

  • A callback within 15 minutes from Service247 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Service247 will send a licensed independent insurance adjuster and project manager to your home within 4 hours of your initial call or at your convenience to provide assistance, emergency mitigation services, and work with you, your agent and insurance carrier to initiate the claim and repair process
  • The Service247 project manager will coordinate and manage the repair and restoration process from start-to-finish, providing you with a single point of contact
  • Service247 will warrant all of the work for a period of one year following completion
  • You will receive a 20% discount to your policy deductible from Service247

Often Service247 may be authorized to directly bill your insurance carrier. If not, we will assist you throughout the claim process with a constant focus on your needs.

By streamlining and simplifying the claims process, homeowners are able to focus their full attention on the repair and restoration of their home. You are only responsible for the cost of the repair up to a maximum of the discounted deductible for all damage covered by the policy.

  • Do all insurance companies work with Service247?
    Not yet, but Service247 is entering in to agreements with an increasing number of carriers and managing general agents. If we do not have a direct relationship with a carrier we will still work with you to provide your policyholders with the assistance, emergency mitigation, restoration and repair services in the event of a loss.
  • What do I do if my home is damaged by water?

    Call Service247 at 866.540.0777! We will walk you through what you need to do step-by-step while our certified technician is being dispatched to your home. In the interim:

    DO
    • Remove as much excess water as possible by mopping and blotting
    • Wipe excess water from wood furniture after removal of lamps and tabletop items
    • Remove and prop wet upholstery and pillow cushions for even drying
    • Place aluminum foil or wood blocks between furniture legs and wet carpeting
    • Turn air conditioner on for maximum drying in summer
    • Remove Oriental rugs or other colored rugs from wet wall-to-wall carpeting
    • Remove valuable paintings and art objects to a safe, dry place
    • Open and place luggage in sunlight to dry
    • Gather loose items, toys, etc. from floors
    • Hang furs and leather goods to dry separately at room temperature
    • Keep out of rooms where the ceilings are sagging from retained water
    DON'T
    • Leave wet fabrics in place (dry as soon as possible)
    • Leave books, magazines, newspapers and other colored items on wet carpets or floors
    • Use your household vacuum to remove water
    • Use televisions or other household appliances while standing on wet carpets or floors, especially not on wet concrete floors
    • Turn on ceiling fixtures if ceiling is wet

  • Is the use of Service247 mandatory for water damage claims?
    As a policyholder you have the right to use any service provider you choose. But remember, when it comes to water damage, speed is of the essence. Service247 offers homeowners many benefits including 24-hour emergency response. Delaying or failing to remove water that enters your house because of an accidental leak or flooding can lead to extensive mold growth and further damage. Any time your home becomes flooded, it's important to stop the water leak or water flow as soon as possible. It is highly likely that we will be able to get to your home sooner than anyone else.
