- Service247 will send a licensed independent insurance adjuster and project manager to your home within 4 hours of your initial call or at your convenience to provide assistance, emergency mitigation services, and work with you, your agent and insurance carrier to initiate the claim and repair process
- The Service247 project manager will coordinate and manage the repair and restoration process from start-to-finish, providing you with a single point of contact
- Service247 will warrant all of the work for a period of one year following completion
- You will receive a 20% discount to your policy deductible from Service247

Certified professionals are called in to immediately begin the extraction, restoration and repair process as necessary. Often Service247 may be authorized to directly bill your insurance carrier. If not, we will assist you throughout the claim process with a constant focus on your needs.
By streamlining and simplifying the claims process, homeowners are able to focus their full attention on the repair and restoration of their home. You are only responsible for the cost of the repair up to a maximum of the discounted deductible for all damage covered by the policy.
